The images displayed on the website are 100% original therefore you will be receiving the product similar to the one that you see in the picture. Each jewelry item delivered to you will be identical to the one displayed on website.
A digital sales receipt will be issued to you on every purchase and will be recorded in your account. In order to view your sales receipts follow the steps below;
1. Log in with your username and password
2. Click on ‘My Account’
3. Click on ‘Orders’
4. Click the ‘View button’ and your receipt will be displayed.
We provide a return policy only for the ‘off-the-shelf’ jewelry items thus the returns of the ‘customized orders’ will not be accepted. In order to exercise the return policy, ship your jewelry item back to us within 10 days of the purchase with the original packaging and a copy of your sales receipt. Yes, the status of the jewelry pieces will be updated once the items are in stock again. You can always call our customer service agents to confirm when the item will be restocked so that you don’t miss it again.
